The reason for this was that a library file is not exist in the LSS directory. LSS stores all ladder diagrams, data-storage settings, etc. in the library files. LSS creates library files as PGC2000.DAT or PGC500.DAT, depending on the PLC-programming model for you.
To create a library file to the UTILITY menu and select CREATE Library. From this library, choose the size you need and the type library. The type library, there are 3 options - C2000H, C500 and C500, C2000H, or both. For C20, P-type, C120 and C500 choose C500, C2000H select otherwise. When the “both” option, then 2 libraries.
